RENEWAL:

1. Complete State Form DR8400.
2. Complete State Form DR8495 (Tax Check Authorization).
3. Proof of property possession (if lease has expired).
4. Fees, which can be found here.
   • Check payable to El Paso County Clerk & Recorder.
   • Check payable to Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR).
   • Additional fees, if applicable:
     1. Retail Liquor Stores/FMB & Wine (off premises) with tastings permits: $100.00 to El Paso County Clerk & Recorder.
     2. Retail Warehouse Storage permit: $100.00 to Colorado DOR.
     3. On-premises licensees with takeout & delivery permits: $11.00 to DOR (must also include State Renewal Form DR8496.

APPLICATION SUBMITTAL: Submit original documents and fee(s) to the Clerk to the Board Department at the Citizens Service Center. The address is 1675 West Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO. The office is open between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
